• Make out-calls to guests for G-SAT (Guest Satisfaction)
• Make out-calls to guests for Birthday/Anniversary Promotions
• To Make outbound calls for any other Promotional Loyalty Programme time to time
• Documenting and Maintaining Relevant M.I.S for the out-calls made.
