Follow up for bill payments by personal visits / phone etc..
Complete all commercial formalities
Making passes, transport challans, delivery challans, submitting invoices to customers and following up on the same
Sites assistance - Making gate passes & formalities, making labour formalities, loading & unloading assistance, labour entry into customer sites and on occasion helping run the site by taking charge of site logistics like procurement of diesel, water, supervision of labour etc..
Our sites are on all India basis and the job profile can call for travel.
