Experience in execution & construction of mid size - large size hydro power projects. Should have geotechnical knowledge for site location in hilly terrain. Responsible for conceptual planning of projects, cost estimation, budget & cash flow, tendering & contract management, project scheduling, resource mobilization, timely completion of project & maintaining quality of work. Conceptualization & identification of new hydro projects including DPR Preparation. Should have experience in construction engineering & methodology, resource analysis, time cycle analysis, productivity detailing and monitoring, costing and budgeting, work execution, follow - up and problem solutions to achieve time & cost targets etc in mechanized heavy civil construction in hydro projects with general knowledge of different heavy equipments with its applicability. Should have good inter personal skills to deal with client and local population. Over all responsibility for execution and completion of the project
