Not necessarily looking for the \'traditional\' development manager. The candidate must have the \'natural\' comfort of working on mobile platform. That is very important. Needs to have the passion for developing innovative applications on mobile platforms. The ability to conceive ideas, design and develop applications on mobile platform is required, do not need someone who thinks in terms of developing web-based applications and then tries to translate those ideas onto Mobile platform.
Should be a techno-manager and should possess the following skills-
1. Should have minimum of 2-3 years experience creating technical and business solutions for mobile applications, estimating efforts and delivering the solution
2. 4-5 years hands-on experience in developing mobile applications on either of the Windows Mobile or iPhone platforms
3. Experience in Android is a plus
4. Should have experience in developing applications in FS/banking/ecommerce domain with expertise in dealing with security features at all levels - device/ platform/ application
