Designs software enhancements
Anticipates, communicates and manages project “show-stoppers” and/or other project risks, and escalates as appropriate.
Demonstrates exceptional written/oral communication skills to proactively communicate with the SEG team.
Holds self and peers accountable for developing projects that are completed on time and in accordance with the development methodology and quality standards.
Looks for ways to improve existing processes.
Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments and work hours.
