Good software testing skills and process knowledge.
Overall experience of 6.5+ years in the Software with at least 5+ years experience Software Testing.
Should have:
- been involved in System Testing.
- led and managed teams in manual/automated testing.
- significant experience in defining testing strategy, scope and test plans.
- been involved in design/development of testing processes/frameworks.
- significant experience in writing test cases/plans and performing test execution for complex systems.
Good database and SQL knowledge and ability to define the testing activities.
Experience in database testing will be added advantage.
Good experience/knowledge of UNIX / Linux systems and actively involved in different types of applications.
Test Automation experience especially as a lead/manager will be an asset.
