1) Achieve Business Objectives.
2) Networking with architects/ PMCs
3) Liasing with Costing/Estimation Team for tenders Quotations.
4) Customers Visits & business Presentation
5) Contractors finalization/Empanelment
Job Description:
1. Understanding construction/ technical drawings
2. Estimation/ verification of quantities
3. Work planning (for activities, men and material)
4. Guiding and supervising at site, work such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical wiring/ fitting, plumbing, paneling, minor civil work such as flooring, waterproofing, POP, painting etc
5. Liaising with client’s representatives, attending periodic reviews, communicating (written/ verbal)
6. Measurement and verification of work at site
7. Obtaining quality records
8. Enforcing Labour Laws and Safety requirements at site
9. Ensuring documentation as per laid down procedures
