* The successful candidate will need writing skills to comment and interpret market events, sound news judgment to select top stories from correspondents and the ability to lead an online debate among participants.
* The candidate will need to demonstrate critical thinking in keeping with the company\'s editorial standards and provide thought leadership on events as diverse as elections or interest rate moves.
* The candidate will need to show the ability to work under pressure with a diverse team, to forge relationships with news sources and clients, and to dedicate him or herself to the success of the project.
* S/he will be a confident communicator, as comfortable moderating debates in person as online.
