Responsibilities
* To manage the Business Intelligence Delivery team.
* Be responsible for the End to end productivity and Performance of the team.
* Manager delivery of New and change management.
* Manage Process control and process documentation function.
* Measure and control quality of MIS operations delivery.
* Business user facing role for MIS delivery.
* Identify and implement process improvements and value adds in the MIS reporting processes.
* Be a catalyst in transition of manual reporting to the automation solution.
* Handle MIS related queries and escalations from the business.
* Possess refined Leadership skills.
* Should be capable of managing a team.
* Have experience in Business user management.
* Be good at escalation and crisis management.
* Planning, organizing and Implementation skills.
* Person should be comfortable working with numbers and understand data trends.
* Should have a logical and analytical bent of mind.
* Good communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn a new domain quickly.
* Self motivated team player capable of working independently.
* Should be organized and have a systematic approach.
* Understanding of data sources and automation solutions.
* Should possess project management skills.
* Solution orientation.
