Roles & Responsibilities
• Handling only Senior Level & Niche Requirements.
• Entire process from sourcing, searching, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates for various IT skills.
• Using effective sourcing strategies Like: Job Portals, Internet Sourcing, Networking, Referrals and Cold calls
• Account Management, Client Relationship Management & Managing multiple clients independently
• Ensuring candidate joining backed up by effective planning, close follow ups.
• Effectively networking with senior candidates for Referrals & Market intelligence.
• Should Perform under stressful conditions
• NO Time Boundaries/ Timing should not be constrain
Team Responsibilities
• Responsibly handling team of Recruiters & Achieving Team Target
• Making them understand the Job Descriptions, Client briefing, Task allocation, fixing deadline, scrutinizing difficulties and resolving them.
• Mentoring the junior team members, Understanding & Motivating them to achieve their targets
• Growing team size & handling internal recruitment & Training Induction.
