Skillset:
Candidate should have strong background on Operations
Candidate should possess excellent Analytical and Communication Skills and should be able to drive Client Calls.
Should be able to make and deliver good client presentations
Candidate has demonstrated skills to manage varied processes and larger teams
Understanding of Sales, Marketing and CRM processes would be an added advantage but should not disqualify a candidate.
Candidate should be aware of Basic Statistical and Quality Improvement Tools
Candidate should be able to drive results and suggest improvisation on a frequent basis
Experience: 6++ years
Shift Timings: US Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
Job Location: Ghatkopar / Airoli
