Revenue Planning & Ensuring the Revenue Enhancement month on month as per circle
- Customer Profiling as per their Usage / location / Service Status / Recharge Pattern
- Identification of key opportunities
- Designing and implanting U & R products with segmented approach
- Designing Value Voucher / Rate Cutter based on the Call Pattern and Usage Pattern analysis.
- Launch Schemes based on Segmentation , aimed at enhancing ARPU and the life of the subscriber
- Managing the implantation of all revenue enhancement schemes start to end
Pre Launch financial analysis of products, assessing post Launch impact of new products
Monitor competition offers and create superior propositions.
Design and develop innovative products by offering segmented products to segmented base.
Market communication/ Product Communication
- Designing the Communication calendar
