2- 4 years experience in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering & Monitoring
Skills:
Through Knowledge of development tools like C, C++, Microsoft platform(VB.Net, ASP.Net), Databases like SQL, Oracle and Scripting languages – VB & Java Scripting, XML.
Proficient in Performance Testing, Monitoring & Engineering processes using various tools e.g.:- Mercury / HP Load Runner / Performance Center; Mercury Topaz / Business Availability Center, Silk Performer, any Open Source performance tools ect )
Nice to have knowledge on profiling & diagnostics tools (SQL Profiler, Ants Profiler), tuning skills and networking basics
The following are the job responsibilities:
- Gather system specifications, technical and performance requirements
- Writing test plans, test cases and test scripts.
- Knowledge of SDLC & PMLC
- Evaluate tools/products and provide recommendations
- Experience in profiling tools, analysis & tuning
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of various technology stacks
- Quickly master new concepts, applications & packages
