•Adept in Architecting & Designing solutions, reviewing designs and doing code reviews
•Should be technically hands on, would be given some coding problems to solve during interview
•Should have worked for a product company and made multiple releases on a single product line.
•Should have been in a technical ladder throughout
•Should be well versed with Agile Development Methodologies
•PLUS - Exposure to security domain
