2. Recruiting Store Managers, Department Managers, Sales Associate, etc
3. Solely responsible for HR for West & North India
4. Managing employee life cycle from entry to exit
5. Support Corporate HR with respect to MIS
6. Single point of contact for Retail - Employee Engagement, Employee Relations
7. Role will be 60% Recruitment & 40% HR Operations
8. Position reporting to Assistant Manager - HR Corporate
